Customer Service Admin
About the role
We are seeking a proactive Office Admin person who takes initiative and gets the job done. You will help build positive customer relationships with Aidacare by offering an exceptional first impression, with superior administration skills and stellar customer support.
Role Title: Customer Service Admin - Complex Rehab
Location: Thomastown branch
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Complex Rehab Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Previous admin or customer service preferred, but not essential
- Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with our equipment specialists and service techs
- Raise Quotes
- Answer calls and email enquiries
- Communication with therapists and clients
- Conversion of quotes to orders once payment is received
- Updating spreadsheets and databases (Google, Microsoft Office). Great Plains (GP) & CRM Experience an advantage but not necessary
- Invoicing
- Booking Appointments
