Showroom Customer Service Consultant


 

About the role

In this Mobility Equipment showroom role, you will build strong customer relationships through face-to-face service with end users and their therapists by demonstrating product knowledge and equipment. Increasing sales and customer satisfaction by working with customers and ensuring a positive experience.

Role Title: Showroom Customer Service Consultant

Location: Gawler branch

Hours: Monday – Friday, 12 month fixed termed contract (potentially ongoing afterwards), Full-time basis

Reporting: Branch Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or industry experience preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
  • Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure
  • Willingness to provide/obtain relevant checks due to interaction with our clients (e.g.: Police checks/NDIS Worker Screening check)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers delivering excellent customer service with a needs-based sales focus approach
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns in an efficient manner
  • Learn and stay up-to-date with our products and services, and use this knowledge to enhance customer experience
  • Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing, to encourage repeat business
  • Maintain showroom inventory and presentation as required
