Warehouse Person/Delivery driver

Aidacare is a leading national provider of equipment and related services for the Health and Aged Care Industry.

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Warehouse person/Delivery driver to join the team at Mount Gambier SA on a Permanent Part-Time basis (5 hours per day from Monday-Friday). In this role you would ensure the delivery and installation of Aidacare equipment is delivered directly to our customers at their address. We provide training, uniform and administrative support, enabling our warehouse team to focus on our client's needs.

Duties include:

• Loading/Unloading delivery vehicles manually and forklift-assisted
• Delivery of small to medium sized items such as walkers, wheelchairs, small scooters and many more health/aged care products
• Receiving Purchase orders and interstate transfers
• Picking, Packing and assembling orders for dispatch
• Assist in assembling equipment
• Stock control
• Warehouse Cleaning and Maintenance of Products at times
• Deliver Stellar Customer Support: Interact with customers in person, as well in the showroom, making a great first impression in every case.
• Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings. Use this knowledge to guide customers and enhance their experience, and demonstrate equipment where required.

To be successful, you will need to have the following:

• Must have a current drivers license and right to work in Australia
• Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial warehouse
• Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Approachable, friendly and professional at all times
• Be highly organised and be able to multi-task
• Have good written and communication skills
• Physically fit with ability to work under pressure
• Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine passion for assisting customers and providing outstanding service.
• Willingness to provide/obtain relevant checks and vaccinations due to interaction with our clients (eg: Police check/NDIS Worker Screening check)
