Workshop Allrounder


In this role, we are looking for a passionate individual who can multitask and carry out the many necessary duties of a workshop, including technician duties in maintenance and repair of products and warehouse duties where required. Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Service Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Preference for a person from a mechanical/service technician background, but also open to people with exposure to spare parts/workshop/warehousing who are open to learning.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team environment, and knowing how to prioritise between varied role responsibilities.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of communication and professional customer service with customers and other members of the team
  • Strong problem solving to address customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast paced workshop environment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Rotate between technician and warehouse support duties as required
  • Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service
  • Ensure supply of parts for current service jobs in accordance with replenishment reports
  • Picking, Packing, assembling and related warehouse duties when required
  • Safe conduct in the workshop including safe and proficient use of workshop machinery, powertools and warehouse equipment
  • Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs 
  • Preparing clear, accurate and concise service records, alongside other necessary admin duties
